Feeding my soul.. taking care of myself

So..
I'm broken..
I have two choices.. I can keep things as they are or change..
No one else knows what my spirit needs, so..
It's time to protect my energy..
It's time to take care of myself spiritually and physically

I'm doing the best I can.. but I'll have to take care of my broken spirit, 'cause no one else can do it for me..

    Only you can change the way of thinking, and then, make a barrier against bad things and energies, and so, focus all your strenght on good and positive attitudes and thoughts...

    And be sure: I am and I will always be here for you... I wanna be your support, your helping hand... Unfortunately I can do it alone... you need to want my help... you need to believe in me... you need to trust me... you need to accept different ideas and opinions...
